ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.09.2025, a case in Crime No.291 of 2025 has been registered by the second respondent against the third respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 74 of BNS and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.10.2025 before the respondents alleging that one Saroja is also involved in the offence and she has not been arrayed as an accused in the said case.
He further submitted that pursuant to the said representation, due enquiry would be conducted and if the said Saroja is found to be involved in the offence, an appropriate final report would be filed within a period of three months. He also submitted that a counter case in Crime No.292 of 2025 has been registered against the petitioner based on the complaint given by the third respondent and that investigation is in progress in both the cases.

Recording the submissions made and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime Nos.291 and 292 of 2025 and to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
