ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary departmental action against the respondents 4 to 6 for their mis-representing and misleading the Courts and for illegally arresting and remanding the petitioner to judicial custody, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2025. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he has sent a representation dated 04.12.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3 to take departmental action against the respondents 4 to 6 for illegality committed by them. Despite receipt of the said

representation, the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken any action and thereby the present writ petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that though the petitioner claims to have sent a representation by registered post, he has not enclosed the proof of delivery of the same to the respondents. However, he would submit that since the allegations have been made against the respondents 4 to 6, who are respectively, the Inspector of Police and the Sub-Inspector of Police (Crime), R-1, Mambalam Police Station, the Commissioner of Police, who is the third respondent herein, will forward the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, T.Nagar Range, Chennai to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025.

4. In view of the above, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, T.Nagar Range, Chennai is suo motu impleaded as necessary party/7th respondent in this writ petition.

5.The third respondent shall forward the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, T.Nagar Range, Chennai-17, who in turn, shall conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.
