This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the legal heirs of the deceased appellant and rank them as proposed appellant in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides, and perused the materials available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the second appeal on 09.03.2026.
