2.The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that despite sufficient letters sent to his clients (appellants), they did not turn up. He produced the copy of the letter dated 26.08.2020 addressed to the appellants along with postal receipts.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances, the learned counsel for the appellants reported no instructions. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle. Hence, there is no other option, except to dismiss this Second Appeal. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
