This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 273 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The 3rd Respondent remained exparte before the Court below and therefore, notice to the 3rd Respondent is dispensed with.

3.Mr.V.Surender, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondent 1 & 2.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 273 days is condoned.

5.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

6.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission, next week.

7.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
