C.M.P.No.17971 of 2018 in S.A.No.SR80194 of 2013 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for condoning the delay of 1638 days in representing the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.SR80194 of 2013.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on payment on Rs.2,500/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petition is allowed.
