2. Ms.M.Arul Mangai, learned counsel for the sole respondent is before this Court.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that there had been several talks and negotiations made by the elders and parents of the petitioner, but the same ended in vain. It had also been stated that the case bundle was also misplaced and there was also delay in engaging the legal aid counsel.
