These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 51 days and 32 days in filing the appeals against the judgment and decree dated 07.08.2025 in
F.C.O.P.Nos.139 of 2020 and 290 of 2021 respectively, on the file of Family Court at Chengalpattu.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition giving reasons for delay, it had been stated that owing to health conditions and delay in collecting the required documents, there has been a delay in filing the appeals.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent, who is on caveat.
