C.M.P.No.22752 of 2022 in S.A.Sr.No.45000 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.45000 of 2018.
2. A proper affidavit has been filed by the learned cousnel for the petitioner / appellant and it shows that the notice, which has been sent to the fourth respondent, Malliga, has been delivered to her address on 18.11.2023.
Therefore, the service has been effected on all respondents.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has stated no objection to allow this petition.
4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
