The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 1316(4), 318(3), 351(2) of 1/3

BNS, 2023 in Crime No.424 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case has been completed and final report filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.704 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi and summons for appearance of the petitioner issued.

3. Since there is no apprehension of arrest, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall appear on receipt of summons.
