ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application with the respondents to enable them to consider the request for survey and demarcation of boundaries.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner shall submit a fresh online application with the respondents, seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries. The said undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner for survey and demarcation of boundaries once an application is filed through online by the petitioner, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the first respondent, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to

this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said application within the stipulated time, the first respondent shall survey and demarcation the boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire. The said exercise shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.
