J U D G M E N T
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J] A compromise Memo signed by the appellant and the first respondent has been filed. It is signed by all the parties as well as their respective counsel.
2. Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant as well as Mr.N.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the 2nd respondent has already withdrawn the appeal filed in A.S.No.572 of 2018. The plaintiff/first respondent and the appellant have entered into a compromise settling the dispute among themselves.
3. In view of the fact that the decree is in favour of the first respondent herein and he has given up his rights acknowledging the title of the appellant in the suit property. The compromise is recorded and there will be a decree in terms of compromise in OS.No.646 of 2010.
4. Accordingly, this Appeal stands allowed in terms of Compromise Memo. The compromise memo shall form part of the decree. No costs. 2/4
