When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.T.M.Naveen, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, submitted that the revision petitioner is no more. He further submitted that respondents 2 to 4 also passed away. The said statements are recorded.
In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, as it has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected CMP is closed.
