Crl.M.P.No.329 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.347 of 2012 M. NIRMAL KUMAR, J., This petition has been filed with the delay of 96 days in filing the petition to restore the Crl.A.No.347 of 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent objects to the condonation of delay on the ground that that the petitioner had not given proper reasons explaining each days delay.

3. Considering the fact that connected appeals are already pending before this Court and that the present appeal also involves a similar issue, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered..

5. List this appeal along with Crl.A.Nos.336, 337, 338 of 2012 on 03.02.2026.
