ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 05.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33400 of 2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation". 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instruction, submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33400 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025 imposed certain conditions and in one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner has only three (3) days complying with the conditions and thereafter not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33400 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025 and now the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition. Hence, she prayed to dismiss the petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and the fact that instead of six weeks comply with the condition, the petitioner has complied only 3 days, and now the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition, this Court is of the view that the same is not entertainable. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33400 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025.
