Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23766 of 2025, dated 28.08.2025.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner/A3 has been complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, [Criminal Side], the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23766 of 2025, dated 28.08.2025 are relaxed and further, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation if any.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12.01.2026 MSM 2/4
