ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to survey and demarcate the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, with the assistance of the 4th respondent police, based on her application, dated 17.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 5 to 7, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any online application. Necessarily, the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the official respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the subject property.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit an online application.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the petitioner to submit an online application with the 2nd respondent seeking survey and demarcation of the boundaries, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and a consequential direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 7, and any other third party whom the 2nd respondent deems fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking survey and demarcation of boundaries.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the 2nd respondent seeking survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the online application, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 4th respondent, if required, and after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 7 and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems fit to enquire, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
