This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 1 to 3/proposed respondents 2 to 4 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondents, namely Seenuvasan, and array them as respondents 2 to 4 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material

available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 09.02.2026.
