This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2025, amend the proforma, and record the Amir Pakkiri Dargah Wakf @ Hazarath Khaja Ameen Peer Dargah Wakf as a Wakf-Alal-Aulad.

This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself and, as such, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application in respect of his prayer by way of a representation dated 24.11.2025. 4.

When the matter came up for admission, Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, the learned Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the sole respondent, submitted that if all the questions are kept open, the same would be considered in accordance with law and on merits.

In view there of, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2025 and pass orders there on in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of the order, without insisting upon the production of a certified copy. No costs.
