O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 17.03.2025 made in A.P.S.A.No.04 of 2024, thereby confirming the order passed in P.S.A.No.3 of 2021 dated 29.04.2024.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that, when the writ petition was being filed, in the interregnum, on 06.02.2026, the Management had entered into a settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, thereunder the arrears have also been arrived at and instalments are also provided and the Management is also making payments as per the settlement under Section 18(1) Industrial Disputes Act. The Learned Counsel submits that the same may be recorded and the writ petition can be disposed of.
3. In view thereof, recording the fact that settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has been arrived at between the parties on Page Nos.2/5
06.02.2026 and payments are being made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
