ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to mutate the revenue records for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased M.I.Shaik Dawood Shaib based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025. 2.The petitioner claims to be one of the legal heirs of the deceased M.I.Shaik Dawood Shaib. The petitioner also claims that the legal heirs of the deceased M.I.Shaik Dawood Shaib are the owners of the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. The petitioner has filed the supporting documents in support of his case that the legal heirs of deceased M.I.Shaik Dawood Shaib are the owners of the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.
This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025, seeking for mutation of revenue records in the name of the legal heirs of the deceased M.I.Shaik Dawood Shaib is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the necessary parties, if any and any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire.
4.This Court is not expressing any opinion of the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025 seeking for mutation of revenue records. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025, seeking for mutation of records in the name of the legal heirs of the deceased M.I.Shaik Dawood Shaib for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the necessary parties, if any and any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, including the neighbouring land owners, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
