ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to cancel the pattas, namely, Patta Nos.777 and 977, standing in the name of the respondents 5 to 7.
2. The petitioner had given a representation dated 29.10.2025 to the second respondent for the same. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 7, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections if any from the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any
other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of pattas, which are presently standing in the names of the respondents 5 to 7, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs.
