ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the UDR patta error, remove the names of the petitioner, 4 to 7 respondents and take appropriate steps to remove the encroachments in the government water body in 'Nilaviyal Vaari'.

2. Though the prayer is seeking for removal of encroachments, it proceeds with the correction in the patta, which according to the petitioner, there are some errors. Such factual aspect cannot be gone into by the writ Court Therefore, we do not find any merit in the present writ petition. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the revenue authorities, if he has got any grievance in respect of any error or to make any corrections in the patta.

3. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
