Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the unauthorised construction made by the 6th respondent herein in S.No.133/3C, New S.No.133/3C4, situated at Panankuppam Village, Kolliyanur Block, Villupuram District 605 103 in violation of the conditions prescribed for Kalyana Mandapam as per the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019, considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2025, 20.08.2025 and 24.10.2025.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the notice of this Court, the premises were inspected and it was found that
the construction was without any authority of law and therefore, it may be clarified that withdrawal of the petition shall not come in the way of the authorities taking appropriate action in accordance with law.
3. This petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
4. We make it clear that the dismissal of this writ petition will not come in the way of the respondent authorities in taking appropriate action against the structure, which is found to have been raised without any permission under the law.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application stands closed.
