ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 318(4) of BNS Act, 2023 r/w 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 in Crime No724 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 06.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30245 of 2025 on the following reasons: " 6. On perusal of the documents produced by the petitioner, it is seen that some of the certificates revealed that the petitioner had completed Master of Science in Counselling and Psychotheraphy, Diploma in Community Medical Service and Essential Drugs and he is a member of the Indian Natural Therapy council. However, the petitioner is neither an authorized nor a registered medical practitioner under Ayurveda nor under the Medical Council, and claiming himself to be an Ayurveda Doctor is misconceived.
7. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed".
3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. 2/4
