ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his revision petition dated 08.02.2024 pending on the file of the first respondent. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 08.02.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire and by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision petition.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's revision petition dated 08.02.2024, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire and by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
