O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 05.04.2018 made in I.A.No.31 of 2018 in O.S.No.28 of 2014 on the file of the learned Mahila Judge, Cuddalore, thereby allowing the application to amend the main suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main suit was dismissed on 24.01.2019 as against which the aggrieved party also preferred an Appeal Suit.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
