This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the C.M.A.No.984 of 2009 which was dismissed for noncompliance of batta on 29.10.2012. 2.Mr.V.Chinnasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and C.M.A.No.984 of 2009 is restored to file.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent are directed to inform the parties to appear before this Court on 22.09.2022.

5.Registry is directed to list the C.M.A.No.984 of 2009 for appearance of parties on 22.09.2022.
