This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order passed in IA.No.1642 of 2018 in IA.No.10898 of 2010 in OS.No.3392 of 2010 on the file of the III Assistant Judge of City Civil Court at Chennai dated 12.04.2018.

When the matter was listed on 29.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 30.07.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 30.07.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
