This petition is filed to condone the delay of 296 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Sessions Case No.93 of 2022, dated 10.01.2025 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 3, and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on their behalf.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
