ORDER

The revision challenges the dismissal of the petitioner's application by an order dated 04.11.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, in Crl.M.P.No.2831 of 2025, seeking registration of an F.I.R. Page No.1/4

2. The status report filed by the respondent would show that the allegations made by the petitioner have not been substantiated. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the revision. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint if cognizable offences are made out.
