ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner, her family members or her co-brother's family members about the suit property disputes

under the guise of enquiry.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner either on the file of the first respondent or the second respondent and the respondents have not summoned the petitioner. In such circumstances, there is no question of harassment, whereas, the petitioner has given a complaint against the third respondent before the first respondent and in the said complaint, enquiry is being conduced by the second respondent in C.No.3/Ins/HP/Genrl/2025, dated 10.12.2025 and during such enquiry, the respondent police will not harass the petitioner. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
