ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent to survey and demarcate the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his representation, dated 01.07.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and he would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any online application. Necessarily, an online application will have to be filed by the petitioner to enable the official Page No.2 of 6
respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the subject property.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application. The said statement is recorded.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the petitioner to submit an online application with the 4th respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and a direction is also issued to the official respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6, and any other third party whom the 4th respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the 4th respondent seeking for a survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, the 4th respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6 and any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems fit to enquire, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks thereafter.
8. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
