This petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.25168 of 2025 as "to call for the entire records in C.C.No.733 of 2025 from the Court of the Judicial MagistrateII, Dharmapuri" instead of "to call for the entire records in Crime No.5 of 2024 from the file of the 1st respondent".

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
