ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file a final report/charge sheet within a stipulated time period in connection with Crime No.233 of 2024 for offences under Section 304 A of the Indian Penal Code/Section 106(1) of BNS. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same is taken on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, in C.C.No.1084 of 2025.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
