ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.11.2025 and restore the survey stone to its original boundary line demarcated on the basis of the survey stone at the instance of the petitioner.
2. The adjudication of the very prayer involved in this writ petition is a disputed question of law, which cannot be adjudicated by the writ Court and furthermore, in respect of the same property, there was a proceeding under Land Encroachment Act and the Tahsildar passed an order on 10.11.2025. Under these circumstances, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition.
