This Civil Revision Case has been filed to direct the Principal Sub-Court, Kallakuruchi to dispense of OS No.300 of 2015 speedily within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed OS No. 300 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Kallakuruchi for the relief of partition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and also the age of the petitioner(senior citizen), this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
