This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copies of plaint copy of the main suit O.S.No.7 of 2017 and written statement filed by the respondents before the District Munsif Court of Sirkali dated 09.01.2017 and 28.03.2017 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the dispense with petition is ordered for the present.
