ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his revision petition pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, dated 13.10.2025.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's revision petition, dated 13.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision petition, dated 13.10.2025.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's revision petition, dated 13.10.2025, after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
