The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 37 of 2025 before the jurisdictional Court. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed on 31.07.2025. The same was returned on account of certain defects and after rectification, the final report was represented on 08.01.2026. 3.
