ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.716 of 2025, dated 01.12.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.

2.The matter was previously referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Consequent to the mediation proceedings, the parties have amicably settled their disputes and entered into a compromise. A joint Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) executed by the parties has been placed on record.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. G. Keerthivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. C. Balaji, learned counsel for the second respondent, jointly submitted that the dispute has been resolved. They prayed that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Understanding.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and recording the compromise entered into between the parties, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. The parties are directed to strictly abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Memorandum of Understanding, which shall form part and parcel of this order.
