2. When these matters are taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/insurer submitted that, in both the appeals, the appellant/insurance company has deposited the entire award amount and the respective 1st respondent/claimant have also withdrawn the same.
3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that Page No.2 of 4
nothing survives for adjudication in these appeals. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
