ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's the representations dated 27.11.2024, 28.11.2024 and 02.12.2024 requesting them to stall the creation of burial grounds in S.No.7 of Vepanagari Village.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it is stated that the third respondent, vide letter dated 02.01.2025, had already forwarded the representations of the petitioner to the fourth respondent, and had directed him to conduct an enquiry and pass final order. According to the petitioner, despite the same, till date, no final order has been passed by the fourth respondent.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after conducting a proper enquiry and after hearing all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations dated 27.11.2024,

28.11.2024 and 02.12.2024 requesting them to take necessary action and stall the creation of burial grounds in S.No.7 of Vepanagiri Village, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representations of the petitioner. No Costs. 05-02-2026 RKM To
