O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN,J.,) The present Writ Petition has been filed assailing the final notice issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act dated 07.11.2025.

2. The main contention put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no encroachment at all.

3. This Court in Writ jurisdiction cannot go into such a factual aspect. That apart, the petitioner has got appellate remedy under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Authority by preferring an appeal under Section 10 of the Act, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
