ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 09.12.2023 as per the order dated 05.08.2024 passed by the Judicial MagistrateII, Chengalpattu in Crl.MP.No.2116 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the order dated 05.08.2024 of the learned Magistrate has been complied with and an FIR has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.12 of 2026 on 07.01.2026 for offence under Section 318(4) of BNS.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 08-01-2026 MRN
