On representation of the learned counsel on appellant side, this case is taken up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.S.Arun Kumar learned counsel for the appellant is present. The matter is settled as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.13,54,000/- payable to the petitioners with interest at 9% per annum from the date of petition on 19.04.2010 till the date of the payment with proportionate cost within three months.

2. The appellant has decided to settle the dispute by not pressing the same.

3. In view of the statement made by the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Counsel for the Appellant This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
