The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(20 and 326(a) of BNS r/w 21(1) Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation Act) 1957 (379 and 430 of IPC), in Crime No.149 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
