Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Regional Transport Officer in pursuance of inclusion of his name in the panel of Regional Transport officer for the year 2006-07 approved in GO 2D No.197 Home (Transport) Dept dated 28.3.08 and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits at par with his juniors.
