This civil miscellaneous 22.02.2024 petition has been filed to restore nl S.A.No.375 of 2013 which was dismissed for default on 20.03.2017.

2. I heard Mr.S.Udhayakumar, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. The second appeal is restored.
