ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the way the respondent authorities are entertaining applications of respondents 7 to 9, it is highly expected that respondents 7 to 9 may be granted FL2 license.
2. It is also submitted that a complaint has been made by the petitioner to the authorities not to grant license to respondents 7 to 9.
3. Learned State counsel submits that application for grant of FL2 license would be considered in accordance with law; and only after due verification of the entitlement and fulfillment of statutory conditions, such applications shall be accepted and not otherwise.
4. Taking into consideration the statement made before the Court, we are not inclined to proceed in this matter, as, so far, FL2 license has not been issued. The petition is disposed of with liberty to to the petitioner to challenge FL2 license if any granted to respondents 7 to 9.
5. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.56470 of 2025 is closed.
